Directions to desk
On arrival at the Palma de Mallorca Airport terminal building and as soon as you leave the baggage collection area, exit into the Arrivals Hall. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the second (2nd) floor. Once you are on the second floor, exit the terminal building and turn right. Walk along the pavement, following the direction of the traffic, and cross the first pedestrian crossing which is between the gangway to the car park and the end of the terminal building. The complimentary Drivalia Car Rental shuttle bus will either be waiting for you already or collect you within the next 10 minutes near the other side of that crossing and will promptly take you to our premises situated less than 2 miles away from the Terminal building.

25 to 75 Years
Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 6.8 EUR per Day Minimum 27.2 EUR Maximum 102 EUR Includes 21% Tax
Senior Drivers Age: 76 to 99 Years Charge 5 EUR per Day Maximum 75 EUR Includes 21% Tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Car hires from Alicante, Valencia, Murcia & Mallorca
Cross-border driving is not permitted during car rentals from these offices.
Car hires from Santiago, Bilbao & Girona
In the event that a client wishes to drive cross border to one of our approved countries, the following charges will apply:
1 For customers who choose to contract our SCDW cover or who book our All-Inclusive (no deposit) package. The daily charge to drive cross border is 10 euros per day with a minimum charge of 20 euros and a maximum charge of 150 euros.
2 For customers who book our basic package and choose not to contract our full coverage. The daily charge to drive cross border is 20 euros per day with a minimum charge of 40 euros and a maximum charge of 300 euros.
Customers of Santiago may only drive to Portugal and customers of Bilbao and Girona may only drive to France and Andorra under these conditions.
Cross border is not guaranteed and must be approved by supplier at the desk. Conditions and price can change without notice.
