Directions to desk
Once you have collected your luggage, go outside of the Terminal building and in front of you is the car park building. Walk towards this and just before you reach it, you will find an area which is for minibus parking. Here you will find the Centauro Shuttle Bus to take you to the office, which is 3 mins away. Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by Shuttle Bus. (Contact number 0034 971494160).IMPORTANT: In case of a flight delay, please contact the local office to inform about your new arrival time.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
When renting from the mainland, customers may only travel to Andorra, France and Portugal. If you intent to cross a border you must purchase a cover costing 9EUR per day, with a minimum cost of 25 EUR + TAX and a maximum of 108 EUR + TAX.
Travel to and between islands is not permitted.
